Light weight and more powerful than any other 4 piston caliper kit on the market, for BMW E30 (NON M) application, this kit has been rigorously tested on track before offering it for sale.
We are the only place that offers 1.625″ diameter pistons.
This translates into more clamping pressure, and balanced front to rear bias. Nobody else offers this level of street/track performance for E30 chassis cars, period!

The forged billet bodied caliper delivers high-strength clamping force and positive stopping power. Four stainless steel pistons provide fully balanced pad loading, along with the corrosion resistance and thermal retardant qualities of the stainless alloy that will keep your calipers cooler and running trouble free. Calipers work perfectly with 22mm.
The kit comes with 11″ 2 piece light weight rotors. These rotors will have a rotary mass close to 32% lower than stock E30 rotors, they will use standard and widely available Wilwood 11″ lightweight rotors, that come standard plain, and have the option of either grooved, or slotted and drilled. We have spent a lot of time and effort to bring top quality engineered product. The hats are made out of Aircraft certified 6061-T6 alloy, finished in a black hard anodized finish.
The rotor assembly weighs in at 3.830kg, mounted. Stock OEM E30 rotor come in at over 5.45Kg. So over 32% weight reduction. The rotors are directional and come in one right, and one left per set.
Two piece rotors have the following benefits:
– Lower mass / inertia : Faster braking, less fade,
– Less unsprung rotary mass: suspension components, getting less solicitation, and reducing gyroscopic precession
– Alluminum hats help in dissipating heat, much better than the cast iron OEM centers: Saving your wheel bearings from harmfull heat transfer
This kit fits all E30 rear wheel drive chassis cars : 318i, 318is, 325, 325i, 325is. and are a straight bolt on application. You will probably need to upgrade to a 22mm master cylinder, if you have a 325ix booster for M50, S50 swap.
This has been tested and validated. Brake backing plate trimming will be required. The 280mm rotors will need 15″ diameter wheels, and might need spacers, depending on wheel type.

Print to scale on cardboard, and then cut on lines. Use the center bore spigot inside your wheel center, and sweep template on the underside of your wheel to check for proper clearance.
