Mk1 manual steering rack rebuild service

Description

We are proud to offer the annual steering rack rebuild service for the A1 VW chassis platform.

There are 4 different variations of the same rack, all needing different size bushings.

Our solution: Send us your rack, we rebuild  / overhaul the unit, machine the proper Delrin size bushing, clean / install it, and check the preload on the rack.

Using German speciality grease for the rack, and pinion.

Turn around time is about 1 week after receiving the rack
