During the pandemic, Gabriel decided to turn his daily driver into a racecar. This build has been a success for him as it is fast, reliable and hard to break. His first competition was a Champcar Endurance race in 2021, where he finished 2nd. This was an 8 hour race with no slowing down and it crossed the line running as great as before. It's equipped with a fire suppressing system and is now a turn-key race car. Because the original M50 blew up, it's been swapped to a S52. It provides just enough power to be fast without compromising reliability.
Starting with a set of Wilwood calipers, Gabriel made his own big brake kit from scratch by designing his own brackets and hats. This kit will be for sale in a close future.
In June 2023, Gabriel decided to enter the Lucky Dog Racing Canada endurace serie. The 8 hours long race really proved the ability of this car. Even with a transmission swap in the middle of the race, the team of 4 drivers finished in 3rd place. The event took place at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park a.k.a. Mosport.
In 2024, Gabriel resprayed the car in White.
In 2025, we went to the first Touge US event in West Virginia. They turn a section of the Appalachian Mountains backroads into a closed course. Check out our YouTube video.
