BMW E36 / E46 Power Steering Rack Hard Line Conversion to Stainless Steel Braided

As you go up in horsepower, you will find that your front subframe also vibrates more. It’s even worse if you’re on aluminium engine mounts.
The vibrations will make the rack hard line fittings loose. You will have to check on them quite often. We have experienced this issue with engine swapped and boosted E36 & E46.
We came up with this solution so that it stops. The stainless steel braided lines found in this kit will keep you safe from the fittings coming loose.

We have also noticed that the factory lines start to rust over the years. We use coated and pressure tested stainless steel braided lines so that they stay in shape forever. If the rack lines on your car is on the edge of giving up, this kit is a perfect replacement.
