In typical daily driving, brake assist remains consistent because releasing the accelerator before braking quickly restores manifold vacuum to the brake booster. When braking while still on the throttle, such as during left-foot braking, the brake booster has less vacuum available, causing the brake pedal to suddenly become firmer and less consistent. A brake booster delete delivers a steady, predictable brake pedal feel by eliminating brake assist's reliance on engine vacuum.
We are proud to introduce a completely bolt-on kit that features an adjustable motion ratio, allowing you to calibrate how much pedal movement is translated into pushrod movement at the master cylinder.
Every component has been 3D-scanned and FEA-tested to deliver the strength and functionality this kit demands. The frame is built out of 100 000 psi steel and is entirely TIG-welded in house. Our assemblies use lubrication-free ball joint rod ends, featuring a heat-treated chromoly steel body.
We use our own aluminum 22mm master cylinder and provide all the necessary hardware. An adjustable aluminum Wilwood proportioning valve will be supplied and a dual-chamber brake fluid reservoir made in high-density polyethylene is also included.
We provide a wide range of adjustment pellets that allows you to choose between 10 different motion ratios. Adjustments can be made directly from the engine bay, eliminating the need to work under the dashboard or remove the pedal assembly.

Why would I use the E46 pedal in my E36?
Using an E46 pedal in an E36 changes the pedal's motion ratios to those of the E46. The available motion ratio range becomes more interesting. Additionally, the pushrod is attached to the pedal in a much more rigid manner, resulting in an extremely stiff assembly with less play.
